This policy explains what information Driviam ("we") collects through driviam.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Driviam provides Google advertising services to independent car dealerships and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free audit, we collect your dealership name, dealership website, contact person, business email and phone number, and, if you choose, the number of cars in stock and where you list your cars today. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
Information collected automatically. We record the page where you arrived, the website that referred you, campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters), advertising click identifiers such as Google click IDs, and your approximate country. Analytics cookies collect information about pages viewed and the device and browser used.
Our lead records do not store your IP address. Our hosting and security provider processes IP addresses to deliver the site and block abuse.
How we use information

- To understand which pages, ads and campaigns bring dealership inquiries
- To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse
- To improve our website and services
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure visits and form submissions. When you submit a form, the Google tag may send a hashed (one-way encoded) version of your email address and phone number to Google so that the submission can be matched to an ad click. Google's use of this information is described in Google's own privacy policy, and you can control ad personalization in your Google account's ad settings.
Cookies and consent
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent banner, and analytics and advertising cookies are used only after they agree. Everywhere else, cookies are used as described in this policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business: Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam protection and storage of form submissions) and Google (business email, form notifications, analytics and advertising). We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Lead records in our database are deleted after 24 months. Email notifications of form submissions are kept in our business email for as long as needed for follow-up and business records.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Lead records are not publicly accessible, and access is limited to our own accounts, protected with two-factor authentication.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing support@driviam.com.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
